Blackfriars partners with Campus School & College Wear to manage all our school and ELC uniform requirements.

December 2022/January 2023 – APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED

Throughout December 2022/January 2023, it is necessary that you please make an appointment to ensure Campus School & College Wear can provide you with a personalised and efficient fitting service. The uniform will be available for immediate purchase.

Our experienced staff fit for growing room. However, if for any reason your son grows significantly over the holiday period, we will happily exchange any uniform item.

Methods of payment available are Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Expectations


Primary School

Summer Uniform (Term 1 / Term 4)

  • School approved navy blue shorts
  • Short-sleeve banded shirt (school crest on pocket)
  • Dark grey marle crew socks with shorts
  • Black school lace-up shoes or sandals (socks are not worn with sandals)
  • Black school hat (with crest)*

Winter Uniform (Term 2 / Term 3)

  • School blazer
  • Approved grey, long school trousers
  • Long-sleeve white shirt
  • School tie
  • School pullover (optional)
  • Plain grey socks
  • Black school lace-up shoes

*Primary students are required to wear the black school hat to and from school, during play and for Physical Education lessons. Students are to wear the approved school hat in Terms 1, 3 and 4. NO HAT, NO PLAY.


Secondary School

Summer Uniform (Term 1 / Term 4)

  • School approved navy blue shorts
  • Short-sleeve summer white shirt (school crest on pocket)
  • Dark grey marle crew socks
  • Black school lace-up shoes
  • Black school hat (with school crest)    

Winter Uniform (Term 2 / Term 3)

  • School blazer
  • Approved grey, long school trousers
  • Long-sleeve white shirt
  • School tie
  • School pullover (optional)
  • Plain grey or black socks
  • Black school lace-up shoes
  • Seniors black jumper (optional)
  • Beanie (Blackfriars branded or plain black ONLY)
  • Scarf (Blackfriars branded, plain black or grey ONLY)

Ties are to be worn at anytime wearing a long-sleeve shirt.

Years 7 to 12 students are expected to wear the black school hat to and from school and outside during breaks in Terms 1, 3 and 4. The black school hat is to be worn for all outdoor curriculum related activities in Terms 1, 3 and 4.


Physical Education

  • Blackfriars PE polo shirt
  • Blackfriars PE shorts
  • Sports socks (Blackfriars branded, plain black or white ONLY)
  • Sports shoes with non-marking sole
  • Blackfriars tracksuit top as outer garment during cold weather over PE polo / shorts or Blackfriars tracksuit pants.
  • Black school hat is to be worn 
  • All students are permitted to wear PE uniform to / from school on PE practical lesson days, as communicated by the PE class teacher.

Co-curricular Sports

A number of co-curricular activities have specific uniform requirements. Please check with the Co-curricular Coordinator or enquire at the the Uniform Shop for details.

Students participating in co-curricular sports training after school, who do not have a PE practical lesson during the day, are required to wear full school uniform during the day and change into their co-curricular uniform after school. If training before school, students can wear their co-curricular uniform to school but must change uniform into full school uniform before classes begin.
