Blackfriars Game of the Week
In this week’s Co-Curricular games, we fought hard but not all results came our way. Our Game of the Week is the Year 10B Cricket vs Glenunga International High School. The Hounds came through scoring 4 for 179 against Glenunga’s all out for 52.
Blackfriars Hound of the Week
This week’s Hound of the week is Hugh Caton, for showing sporting excellence within his two games played for Middle B1 and Middle B2 Water Polo teams. Hugh dominated in both games, scoring an overall 6 goals.
Honourable mentions have to go to Angus Kemp, Harrison Zeuner, Luke Di Manno, Jonathon Bunyon, Sameer Amiri and Thinh Nguyen for all playing a year level above! Well done boys.
All game results are available to view on our Facebook and Instagram page!
Also on our Facebook page are the results from the School Sport SA Swimming Championships, where we finished third in Pool B, and had some exceptional individual results too:
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the Adelaide Cup Long Weekend, there will be no sport played on Friday 6th March and Saturday 7th March.
