Co-curricular update: welcome to Term 3

Hello all and welcome back to Term 3! We have hit the ground running with all co-curricular training, rehearsals and games starting back up this week. Term 3 is the busiest of the year; we have a grand total of 44 teams, bands and clubs all up and running and involved in competitions and events. It’s great to see the vast majority of boys involved in one or more co-curricular activities, but if you haven’t done so yet it’s not too late!

A reminder to all families: the training and rehearsal schedule for all co-curricular activities can be found on the co-curricular tab on SEQTA. Each week the game details of each sport will also be uploaded to SEQTA with locations and times. Students will also be given these details by their Teacher in Charge during their Thursday morning meetings.

Please ensure your son has the correct uniform for the co-curricular activity he is involved in. This is vital to ensuring Blackfriars is represented positively and professionally at all times, and it also instills a strong sense of team and school pride. Attached you can also find an overview of all co-curricular activities’ schedules, as well as a uniform overview. Please note that these are subject to change, so do take the time to check in on SEQTA or with your team’s Teacher in Charge if you’re unsure of your fixture for the week or the logistics of your team’s training, rehearsals or games.
