Bicentenary of Catholic Education in Australia

Please find attached a Pastoral Letter to leaders, staff, students and families of Catholic schools from the Bishops of Australia entitled 200 Years Young in recognition of the Bicentenary of Catholic Education in Australia.

The National Launch of the Bicentenary of Catholic Education in Australia occurred in a virtual event on 18 February 2021; the launch video is now available on the 200 years website.

On Monday 24 May, Mass will be celebrated in Cathedrals across Australia to celebrate 200 years of Catholic Education in Australia. Information about our local celebration will be provided next month.
